3. The current status and/or outcome of the above Court Writ can be obtained from the Plaintiff and/or Defendant in written requests.
4. The ID number of a defendant in any civil litigation or bankruptcy is not open to the public, hence, defendants with names of similar spellings in different civil litigations may not necessarily be the same person. The same is applicable to unlimited companies which may bear similar names but different registration numbers. Hence, the check results are subject to client's verification of the relevant names.
